Out in the Void, the silent Watch Station forever keeps a Marine's spirit, man and machine merged in one entity, stronger than the sum of its parts...
A Dark Angel finally finds peace among the carnage inflicted on his enemies, one last bolt round shot in the guise of a billion tons of incandescent metal and pure hate...
Raziel awakes. Stripped of his armor and weapons, daemons surround him, the landscape is a mess of colors and false geometries, the Warp. The Dark Lord looms above him, an eternity of torment awaits you. The Angel grins, his lips part in a smile.
The Emperor Provides.

Session 25 - 2,500 xp
Kill-team: Ezekiel, Raziel, Quintus.
The Astartes of the Dead Station and the Kill-team activate the monolith, and together with the Inquisitor they enter the newly created portal.
On the other side, they find themselves inside the void-ship of the Angel Revenant, the Astartes chapter who gave its life to stop the Necron advance.
In time, a crew is called to man the vessel, and the Voidship sails in this unknown sector. Soon, they're met by a Necron battle-fleet. After days of fighting the assault force, and repelling Necron boarders, a huge Necron ship makes its appearance.
All seems lost, their only option to ram the Necron flag-ship, a veritable floating city, to destroy the Necron leaders.
Raziel summons the powers of the Warp (and Fate) to protect himself. Quintus, having learned a secret Forge Masters technique, transfers his spirit back to the Watch Station of the Dead Cabal. Ezekiel, rage seething through his body, propels the ship at maximum speed, and hits the command center of the Necron ship.
The explosion is devastating, crippling the Necron fleet, and disintegrating the Astartes' ship.
Only in Death Does Duty End.

Session 24 - 750 xp
Kill-team: Ezekiel, Raziel, Guthorm, Quintus.
Back at the Watch Station, the Astartes analyze all the info acquired. They determine it will take around 2 years to complete the excavations at the mining site. Their commander assigns them to the defense of the mining site for the next two years, supervised quarterly by the Inquisitor.
They return to Rheelas, and take charge of the defenses. During their stay, they're contacted by a Tau scientific expedition, offering to help them. After strained negotiations they accept, and with the help of the Taus they proceed with the excavation.
After two years, they finally complete the operation, uncovering a 60 meters tall plasteel statue of an Astartes from a lost chapter, holding in its outstretched arms the two halves of a Necron monolith.
Back at the watch station, the Forge Master has grave news. From the Necron artifact the Astartes recovered previously, a drop of an unknown liquid has slowly generated a Necron Warrior, now kept in a statis field. The artifact seems to be part of the monolith, probably some kind of device to bring forth the return of the Necrons.
Raziel is convinced that both the monolith and the artifact must be destroyed, but the Inquistor disagrees.

The Kill-team attacks the Tau barracks, slaughtering the xeno forces, including their commander. They make contact with Inquisitor Hoth, in hiding among the miners population, and secure him.
Then they take possession of a submarine that the Tau were about to use to escape; there they also find a Necron Artefact that the Taus had aquired during the excavations. Having freed the mining colony, the Astartes depart together with the Inquisitor and return to the Watch Station.

Session 21 - 750 xp
Kill-team: Ezekiel, Raziel, Guthorm, Sepheran.
The Kill-team travel to Rheelas to investigate the fate of a missing Inquisitor, allegedly attacked by Tau forces while investigating a mining facility. On route, they're attacked by airborne Tau forces, which they dispatch promptly.
They arrive at the mining facilities based on artificial islands, also occupied by Tau. Investigation reveals that the mining operations are taking place a few kilometers underwater. The Astartes take possession of a Tau submarine, discovering that the human population of the islands has been taken prisoner by the Tau, to excavate underwater. It seems the Tau are interested in whatever lies in the abyssal depths.

Session 20 - 1,250 xp
Kill-team: Ezekiel, Raziel, Quintus, Guthorm.
The surviving Astartes descend into the cavern, and realise that the tyranid horde is just an echo of the past, incapable of affecting them. The man with the metal mask is also insubstantial, but has the power to affect their minds, and tries to put them against each other.
In the cavern is also an ancient sarcophagus, but when the Kill-team tries to open it, they suffer powerful jolts of corrupting energy, accompanied by terrifying visions of an army of dread cyborgs invading a barren world. The Marines decide to focus on the metal mask, and after several tries, they manage to destroy the artefact by using the relic shields they received from the Omega Vault.
When they return to base camp, they report on their discovery, and the HQ organises an expedition to retrieve the sarcophagus for further study. Eventually, it is discovered that the artefacts are connected with a legendary xeno race known as Necrons.
The Kill-team is sent to join the Dead Cabal, a team of Deathwatch Marines led by an Inquisitor, who has knowledge of this ancient menace. When they reach their Watch Station, they meet with the members of the cabal, and settle in, awaiting orders.

Eventually, they reach a huge cavern where a metal hatch is guarded by several tyranid. When they open the hatch, a psychic compulsion forces Ezekiel and Cadmus to jump down the hole, 20 meters down to a ravenous horde of tyranids!
Ready to do their duty for the Emperor, the Dark Angels give a sign, and Raziel smites the room with his psychic powers, scorching friends and foes alike. Among the carnage, a man with a skull-shaped metal mask arises...

Session 17 - 1,250 xp
Kill-team: Ezekiel, Raziel, Sepheran, Cadmus.
What started as a stealthy attack quickly degenerates into a full-out assault of the four Astartes against countless Tau warriors, including power-armoured opponents and tanks. Against all odds, the Kill-team completely exterminates the Tau forces, and enter the Monolith.
Inside, they find the captured Inquisitor, his flesh fused with Tau machines, and his mind lost to the Tau doctrine. The Kill-team execute him, and proceed to the control chambers. There, they find the Tau Ethereal in charge of the whole operation. They rapidly dispatch him, and abandon the Monolith.
Soon they're extracted from the planet, their mission accomplished, and receive the accolades of their superiors.

Session 16 - 750 xp
Kill-team: Ezekiel, Raziel, Sepheran, Cadmus.
But not all is lost! The Tau and the corpse of the Inquisitor are just holograpic projection, meant to slow down the Kill-team. The Astartes search the whole station, but find no trace of the Inquisitor. In the meanwhile, the station has been programmed by the Tau to reach the nearby planet.
Now on the ground, the Kill-team scans the surrounding jungle, identifying an area shielded from their equipment. Suspecting foul play, they make their way to that area.
They are assaulted by powerful Tau pulse-tanks, before they reach a Tau encampment. A huge armed force is stationed around a gigantic metal monolith, supervise by a flying craft a hundred meters above. For a moment, amongst the Tau the Astartes spot the captured Inquisitor. The Battle-brothers plan their attack.

The Tau bring the Kill-team on the jungle planet, where the Astartes defeat several Kroot, and find an abandoned encampment where the prisoner should have been kept. Investigating the scene, they begin to suspect foul play.
The Kill-team calls for extraction, but once on board of their transport, the Tau attack them. The Astartes rapidly slaughter the xenos, and return to the Space Station where the Inquisitor should be waiting for them. The find the station occupied by hostile Tau forces, and are forced to make their way through several Tau Fire Warriors.
Unfortunately, they're too late to save the Inquisitor, as the Tau slaughter him in front of their eyes. The Astartes ready their weapons once more.

Session 12 - 750 xp
Kill-team: Cadmus, Ezekiel, Raziel, Sepheran.
The Kill-team lands on the planet Shedu, and assaults four communication towers infested with Orks. After having defeated all the Xeno resistance, they gather intelligence on the presence of a powerful Ork War-boss on the planet.
The Astartes report to Commander Pellas, and receive additional details about the Ork forces on Shedu. It seems that the Ork War-boss, known as Bronze-Eye, has gathered an impressive army, and has even captured a fellow Space-Marine.
The Kill-team travels to the Ork enemy lines, as vast as a small city. They begin their assault by ambushing small groups of Orks, in order to obtain more details about the quantity and quality of the enemy forces, and most importantly the location of the captive Astartes.

Kill-team: Ezekiel, Raziel, Sepheran, Cadmus.
The Kill-team reports to Commander Pellas on the Thunder's Word, a legendary Deathwatch ship. They're charged to investigate the Watch-Station orbiting planet Shedu, seemingly gone dark after an Ork invasion.
The Astartes approach by drop-pod, and slaughter all the opposition. Once in contact with the Machine Spirit of the Watch-Station, they realize the Spirit went dark in order to not attract the Ork's attention, while at the same time put the Deathwatch on alert.
The Marines re-instate all security measures on the Watch-Station, and prepare themselves to travel to Shedu to investigate the Orks' presence there.
